As we look towards 2026, we are mindful of the continuing maintenance and capital improvements that are needed to keep the fairgrounds operational and safe. Construction and renovations of the buildings and grounds is costly. And while we are always searching for materials donations and grant funding, the main source of capital funds is from private donors. Your support will help us to continue to improve the grounds and keep the Middlesex County 4-H Fair operational for many more years. The Middlesex County 4-H Fair, Inc. is a private 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All proceeds from the 4-H Fair are used to fund improvements to our facility and grounds as well as to run future fairs. Please address all correspondence and checks to: Middlesex County 4-H Fair, Inc., P.O. Box 352, Westford, MA 01886-0352. The Middlesex County 4-H Fair, Inc. works in partnership with University of Massachusetts Extension through a Memorandum of Agreement in support of successful and productive 4-H programming and resource development.
