The Middlesex County 4-H Fair has been happening for over 55 years and at the Westford 4-H fairgrounds for 54 years.

Come on out and experience the largest 3 day 4-H kids Fair this side of the Mississippi!!!

2009 4-H Fair
August 28, 29, 30, 2009

Exhibitors:
Exhibitors must be a member in good standing of a 4-H club in Middlesex County ages 5 - 18. 4H members from other counties can exhibit with an exception from the fair board. Contact us for further info. To ask how or to inquire about joining 4-H contact: Wendy Marcks the county educator. For further info including droping off of exhibits, fair check-in, please check the specific department in the “Premium Book”.

ATTENTION !!!

Major change this year. Premium Books will NOT be given to everyone !! Book will be online with the forms.

Middlesex Fair Premium Books and Entry Forms are available ONLINE!! A “limited” number will be available for pick up by leaders for families without computers in mid-summer. All the necessary registration forms and detailed department information that 4-H members need to exhibit in the Fair. Pay attention to registration deadline! If you have any questions contact Middlesex4hFair@comcast.net

Vendors:
We do have/allow a small number of food vendors at the fair. We DO NOT allow any other type of vendors at the fair. For further info or to inquire about available space please contact us.

Demonstrations/Entertainment:
We have/allow demos and entertainment on a space available basis as it relates to 4-H or the fair board feels would be of interest to the public. We DO NOT allow any commercial products demonstrations/sales or advertising of commercial products. For part of our “entertainment” we have a small amount of amusement type “rides”. For further info/inquires contact us.

NO dogs other than those exhibiting or working service dogs with proper signage are allowed on the fairgrounds during the fair and setup of the fair including work nights!
